The Typical American Diet Is A Death Sentence

The typical American diet is associated with high caloric intake, low nutrient and fiber content, high fat and proteins, excess salt, sugar, alcohol, milk, meats, saturated fat, and hydrogenated oils.  Health problems associated with the typical American diet include; obesity, arteriosclerosis, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, breast, colon, and prostate cancer, heart attacks, and strokes.  Each year millions of dollars are spent on weight loss products, and people are still overweight.

Why?

Not so many tens of thousands of years ago, we were foragers for a living.  We ate off the land and on the run.  In order to survive during times of famine we developed certain characteristics that still exist today.  When we intentionally starve ourselves our caloric burn rate slows by as much as half of normal.  This response is to stop us from starving to death for as long as possible.

While this was a valuable asset to our long distant cousins, it is deadly to our modern society.  59% of us are fat...and we're getting fatter.  Yet, on average, we take in less calories today than we did even ten years ago.  We are literally dieting ourselves to death.  Just like eons ago, we were and are, meant to eat!  Food is not our enemy...WE ARE!

The reason the Appetizer Diet is so revolutionary for weight loss is we don't starve ourselves while we are on it.  With the Appetizer Diet, we literally eat ourselves thin.  By using the Appetizer Diet 30 to 45 minutes before each meal, you are giving your body what it wants and needs in order to keep burning fuel at peek levels.  With this marvelous tasting drink, you are supplying your body with fruit sugars, protein amino acids and indigestible fibers that it thinks are carbohydrates.

Tell Me More

There are all kinds of weight loss programs out there, each proclaiming to help you drop your unwanted pounds.  The reason they don't work is, they don't give your body what it genetically must have to release its stored fat. Plus when you stop dieting (starving yourself) your body will begin to store even more fat for the next famine.  That is why you gain more weight back than you had before you started.  Yes, you can diet yourself to death!

So what makes the Appetizer Diet different from all the others?  It’s pretty much like eating a medium sized apple or pear before each meal.  Let’s look at a quick comparison.  A medium pear has about 98 calories, 25 grams of carbohydrates, and 4 grams of fiber.  A medium sized apple has 81 calories, 21 grams of carbohydrates, and 4 grams of fiber.  The Appetizer Diet has 80 calories, 17 grams of carbohydrates, and 5 grams of fiber.  So on a point by point basis, the Appetizer Diet is pretty much like eating an apple or pear.  So why not eat an apple of pear before each meal?  The answer is in the ingredients.

Fiber

Fiber is the broom of the intestines.  Did you know that there are digestible and indigestible fibers?  Indigestible fiber has no effect on blood sugar making it a good choice for weight loss.  Effects on blood sugar are very important during weight loss, as the more insulin your body produces, the less weight you’ll lose.  The Appetizer Diet has 20% of the Recommended Daly Requirement (RDR) of dietary fiber.  That’s more fiber then if you ate 1 medium sized apple or pear.  Image eating an apple or pear 30 minutes before eating a meal, you’d still feel full.  That’s the idea with fiber; it gives you a feeling fullness.  To avoid some potential side effects of fiber, such as, bloating and gas, you want a mix of fiber in your system especially if you haven’t eaten a lot of fiber prior to starting on the Appetizer Diet.  The Appetizer Diet has five different fibers, giving your body a more gentle start on the cleansing process.

Soy Protein Isolates

Research has shown Soy Protein Isolates provide significant reduction in cholesterol, serum lipid levels, and promote weight loss.  Proteins give you a feeling of fullness as well as providing essential amino acids to perform bodily functions.  Soy Protein Isolates have been found to be complete proteins supplying all the essential amino acids.  A study on obese rodents eating a diet that consisted of 35% Soy Protein Isolate concluded body-fat content was significantly lower, plasma glucose and total cholesterol levels results were lower in mice.  Body fat content was observed to be significantly lower.  These animals were fed a diet that was 60% of the energy level of a normal laboratory rodent diet.  This study indicated that this product is a suitable protein source in energy-restricted (low calorie) diets.  The Appetizer Diet provides 4 grams of protein per serving, so over the course of a day, you could get up to 25% of your daily protein requirement from the Soy Protein Isolates found in the Appetizer Diet.

Fructooligosahrides

Fructooligosahrides (FOS) is a class of natural carbohydrates, which have been found to assist the “friendly flora” in the intestines.  FOS’s are considered biological benefits and are nondigestible.  They assist the proliferation of bifidobacteria in the human intestinal tract, feeding the good bacteria to help destroy bad bacteria such as E. coli and Clostridium.  Laboratory test have also shown that absorption of the minerals Calclim, Magnesium and Phosphorus increased greatly with FOS.

Sucralose

Sucralose is a relatively new product that is made from sugar.  Sucralose has all the flavor you want without the calories.  It tastes like sugar but, unlike Aspartame (NutraSweet) does not impact the glucose levels, nor does it have an after taste like saccharin.  Impact on glucose levels is proving to be key for weight reduction.  The more a diet raises glucose levels the more insulin the body produces.  When insulin levels are increased, fat is stored.  So to get the most out of your weight loss efforts, check a glycemic index to find other foods that have a very low impact on your glucose levels.  Nothing is worse then wanting something sweet and not being able to have and the Appetizer Diet provides you that taste, so you don’t feel deprived.

In Other Words

With the Appetizer Diet, you help meet your daily fiber requirement, help keep your glucose levels normal, and still get to have something sweet so you don’t feel deprived.  The Appetizer Diet causes you to eat less but, your body thinks it is getting everything it needs to keep on running at full capacity.  You can pretty much eat the foods you enjoy.  You don't go through sugar cravings, and you're never hungry!  You simply and scientifically lose pounds of stored fat.....lots of them!  The only drawback is you won't be quite as well equipped to survive the next ice age.
